My Role:

I managed the design department and maximized our brief meeting times by providing concise, critical feedback to the team. I worked closely with department leads to drive our game's vision, maintain clarity, and release a polished product.

While I've served as the designer in multiple large teams, this was my first leadership position managing this many developers. It taught me lots about attention to detail, prioritizing feedback, and working interdepartmentally.

I'm so proud of our team's hard work and the final result, especially as the first to utilize an agile development structure and the first to span a full academic year of development.
